"Companies are quick to talk about providing excellent customer service; however, most fail to deliver everything they promise. It’s a rare and wonderful experience when a company delivers exactly what they promise and more. Vision Remodeling does just that.

In August 2007, we sustained hail damage to our roof, siding, gutters, garage doors, etc. After weeks of dealing with hard-sell storm chasers and contractors who didn’t return phone calls, didn’t show up on time, or had failed to provide a quote within a week, I expressed my frustration to a co-worker. He e-mailed Todd at Vision Remodeling to see if they could help us. Within fifteen minutes, Todd e-mailed me and followed up with a phone call that same day. He came to our house the very next day (Saturday) and I had a proposal in my e-mail on Sunday – WOW! I thought I must be dreaming!

Not only did Vision Remodeling provide a quick turn-around on the proposal, they were the only ones that actually took the time to measure our home so they understood the scope of work covered by our insurance company and the only ones to find additional damage to some of our windows! Todd even offered to meet our insurance adjuster on-site to address and clear up any issues regarding the scope of the project before starting repairs.

From the very beginning, I was impressed with the professional, pro-active, and personable approach taken by every individual on VRI’s team. We received a project plan so we knew who would be working at our house and when they would be there. This was especially important since our children arrive home before we do. We never had to call to get information. Todd and JT kept us informed every step of the way, either through e-mail or a phone call. When I arrived home in the evening, the job site was clean and picked up. If a crew was still working, the crew lead would greet me, provide a status update, walk around the house with me to ensure I was happy with the work, and answer any questions. JT even completed some of the work himself – you don’t often see an owner being that hands-on - what a great experience!

I cannot say enough about the quality of service and work Vision Remodeling delivered. Our project even finished ahead of schedule – WOW! Months after our job was completed, some of our neighbors were still waiting for their new roofs. They signed up with a storm chaser approximately one month BEFORE we signed up with Vision Remodeling. Need I say more?

"From our very first contact with Vision Remodeling, Inc. we were nothing but impressed with their professionalism, knowledge of the industry, and their craftsmanship. Their use of technology was extremely helpful to us in the design process. The interactive software allowed us to see exactly what our finished product would look like. Todd, Tim and JT provided good insight, helping us to design each room in our lower level to maximize our space and best meet our needs. The project was priced with allowances that enabled us to make selection we would be happy with so that when our project was finished, we were on budget. They also assisted us during the selection process to ensure we would be happy with the overall look of the finished product.

VRI and each of the subcontractors they used were very respectful of our home. I commented many times that our basement was never so clean as when it was being finished! Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were unparalleled. We were especially impressed by the quality of the cabinetry and trim work. Communication was excellent. We always knew what was happening each week, if not each day, and our project was finished on time-ahead of time, actually.

In short, the value they added to our home in terms of livability, functionality and enjoyment far exceeded the cost of the project. In fact, we were so pleased with our basement, that we hired VRI to build our deck. Again, their attention to detail resulted in a product that far exceeded our expectations.

My wife and I recently moved into a new pre-existing house. Our goal was to find a home that had some important attributes and we were not going to settle for anything less. In the spring of 2004, we were fortunate to find our dream home.

Once we moved in we quickly realized there was one exception that we needed to resolve. The house had an unfinished basement, which is what we were looking for. However, it didn't take long - after running up and down the stairs a few times - to conclude we needed a bathroom in the basement.

When we lived in our previous home, we had contracted for some home improvements (new roof, sliding door, windows) and didn't receive the quality workmanship we had hoped for. So this made us more cautious in our pursuit to find the right company, the right people, people we could trust to meet our expectations.

The Vision Remodeling Inc. team (Todd, J.T. and others) were extremely professional, very accessible and incredibly flexible. We had never embarked on this type of project and had many, many questions. Todd was always available and never made us feel like we were asking a 'dumb' question. He provided great direction but always reminded us that it was our choice and that we really owned the outcome as it related to color schemes and bathroom hardware. And the final outcome is a bathroom with quality workmanship that goes beyond our initial expectation.
