NARI
The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) was founded in March of 1982 with the merger of the National Remodelers Association (NSA) and the National Home Improvement Council (NHIC).
It is the only national association dedicated solely to the promoting the remodeling industry. It represents the largest network of professional remodelers in the United States with over 7400 members nationwide in more than 60 local chapters.
The Builders Association of the Twin Cities
The Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) was founded in 1948 by a small group of builders. Their goal was to increase the professionalism and quality of the homebuilding industry.
Over the years the association has grown to include builders, remodelers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other professionals who support the building industry. Today, BATC presents the Parade of Homes Spring PreviewSM and Fall ShowcaseSM as well as the Remodelors ShowcaseSM.
Remodelers Council
BATC is a trade association, and its members determine the focus and operations through their participation on committees and councils. As a member, your participation will benefit the industry as well as ensuring your voice is heard regarding BATC policies and programs. Committee chairs or past chairs (at each committee discretion) serve on the BATC board of directors.
Better Business Bureau
The Council of Better Business Bureaus is the umbrella organization for the Better Business Bureau (BBB) system, which was founded in 1912 and is today supported by more than 300,000 local business members nationwide. It is dedicated to fostering fair and honest relationships between businesses and consumers, instilling consumer confidence and contributing to an ethical business environment.
